Our Policy

Cruising with Us

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled cruise time

Dolphin sightings are not a guarantee as they are wild animals, however we have an extremely high success rate

Bringing your own snacks and beverages is permitted (no glass containers please)

Apply sunscreen prior to departure, application of spray sunscreen is not allowed onboard

Beach Towels, Hats, sunglasses and proper swim attire are recommended

Operating jet skis under the influence of alcohol is not permitted, we reserve the right to cancel your cruise without a refund

All jet ski operators must bring a state issued drivers license

All cruises are private, no more than 6 passengers allowed on boat cruises per coast guard regulations

Children under the age of 5 are not permitted to ride on jet skis

Jet ski weight limit is 450 lbs.

Paying for your Cruise

Advanced reservations are required for all cruise packages

50% credit card deposit is required upon reservation

Remaining balance is due at the end of each cruise (Cash or Credit Cards accepted)

Cancellations & Refunds

Same day cancellations are not permitted, you will be charged the full package rate

Cancellations within 48 hours will lose deposit only

Cancellations over 48 hours in advance will receive a deposit refund, minus a $39 booking fee

Weather related cancellations may be rebooked as schedule allows (another day/time) during your time in Orange Beach. If rebooking is not possible we will refund your deposit minus a $39 booking fee.

Gratuity is encouraged for your captain or guide (Cash or Credit Cards are accepted)
